Englagård Livszentrum was started by Satyam Frank Hougen in march of 2001 and has since then been visited by several thousands of people from Scandinavia. Most of our visitors are from Sweden and Norway. Several alternative therapists and trainers live here at our retreat-center. If this is your first visit to our site we recommend you to start reading a little in our guest book in order to get a feeling of previous visitors experiences. You can also visit us for a shorter period of time and   participate in daily meditations, exercises and find different ways to work more intensively on yourself.
